Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to develop, integrate, and manage scalable data pipelines that enable trusted customer data across enterprise digital ecosystems. This role is responsible for implementing data ingestion frameworks, supporting enterprise integrations, and ensuring high-quality, reliable data is available for customer experience, analytics, and activation use cases.

Working closely with Data Architects, Solution Architects, Platform Engineers, and business stakeholders, the Data Engineer will translate architectural designs into robust technical implementations while maintaining data quality, scalability, and operational efficiency across Adobe Experience Platform and cloud-based data environments.

Core Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable data ingestion and integration pipelines that enable efficient movement of enterprise data into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Implement data engineering solutions that support customer data management, analytics, and digital experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with Data Architects to translate enterprise data models and architectural designs into production-ready data solutions.
- Design, develop, and optimize data transformation processes that ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across multiple source systems.
- Build and maintain integrations between Adobe Experience Platform, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and enterprise applications using contemporary integration patterns and APIs.
- Support data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and monitoring activities to ensure trusted and accurate data across the platform.
- Optimize data processing performance, scalability, and operational reliability by leveraging native GCP services and engineering best practices.




- Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data integration issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable resolutions.
- Implement data governance, security, and compliance requirements throughout the data engineering lifecycle.
- Support deployment automation, version control, and CI/CD practices to enable efficient and reliable solution delivery.
- Monitor data pipelines and platform health, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance, resilience, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain technical documentation for data flows, integration designs, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
- Stay current with Adobe Experience Platform and Google Cloud Platform capabilities, recommending engineering improvements that enhance scalability and business value.

Experience

8+ years of experience in data engineering, including hands-on implementation of scalable data integration and processing solutions. Demonstrated experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), enterprise data pipelines, and cloud-native data engineering practices is essential. Experience with API-based integrations, BigQuery, cloud storage services, CI/CD, and modern deployment methodologies will be considered an advantage.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
