Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to define and govern enterprise-scale customer data architectures that enable unified customer profiles, scalable data ecosystems, and personalized digital experiences. This role is responsible for establishing architectural standards, guiding solution design, and ensuring AEP implementations align with enterprise business objectives, integration strategies, and long-term technology roadmaps.

Working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, data architects, engineering teams, and enterprise technology leaders, the Enterprise Architect will provide strategic architectural leadership that enables secure, scalable, and governed customer data capabilities while maximizing the value of Adobe Experience Platform across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

- Define and govern enterprise architecture for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), ensuring alignment with organizational technology strategies and business objectives.
- Develop scalable architectural blueprints, reference architectures, and solution patterns that support enterprise customer data management and digital experience initiatives.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks that promote consistency, scalability, security, and long-term platform sustainability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to translate business capabilities into enterprise-ready architectural solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews to validate solution designs, identify technical risks, and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
- Define enterprise integration strategies that enable seamless connectivity between Adobe Experience Platform and business-critical enterprise systems.
- Provide architectural guidance for XDM schema strategy, identity resolution, unified customer profiles,



and customer data governance.
- Evaluate emerging Adobe Experience Platform capabilities and recommend technology roadmaps that improve enterprise scalability, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
- Partner with Data Architects and Data Engineers to ensure architectural consistency across implementation, integration, and operational delivery.
- Drive architecture governance throughout the solution lifecycle, balancing business priorities with technical quality, maintainability, and future scalability.
- Mentor solution architects and technical teams by promoting enterprise architecture best practices and consistent design principles.
- Ensure enterprise solutions comply with organizational security, privacy, regulatory, and data governance requirements.

Experience

8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, including significant experience designing and governing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations within enterprise environments. Demonstrated expertise in enterprise solution architecture, integration strategy, architecture governance, customer data platforms, and cross-functional technology leadership is essential.

Experience with XDM, Identity Service, Real-Time CDP, cloud platforms, API-driven architectures, and enterprise data governance will be considered highly desirable.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Adobe Experience Platform Architect Expert
- Adobe Real-Time CDP certification (preferred)
- TOGAF® Certified Enterprise Architect
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Architect certification (preferred)
