Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect with expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to design and enable scalable, enterprise-grade data foundations that power personalized digital experiences. This role is responsible for defining robust data architectures, designing standardized data models, and establishing integration frameworks that enable trusted, unified customer data across enterprise ecosystems.

Working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, data engineers, implementation teams, and enterprise integration partners, the Data Architect will translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, establish architectural standards, and ensure Adobe Experience Platform implementations support long-term business growth, governance, and customer engagement initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

- Design scalable enterprise data architectures within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) that support customer data management, activation, and digital experience initiatives.
- Define and maintain extensible XDM schemas, data models, and data structures that enable standardized, reusable, and governed customer data across enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable architectural designs aligned with business objectives.
- Design enterprise integration strategies that enable secure and reliable data exchange between Adobe Experience Platform and upstream or downstream enterprise applications.
- Establish architectural standards, design principles, and best practices for data modeling, data governance, and platform scalability within Adobe Experience Platform.
- Provide technical leadership during solution design, implementation, and onboarding activities, ensuring architectural consistency across projects.
- Evaluate existing data ecosystems and recommend modernization opportunities that improve data quality, interoperability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.




- Collaborate with data engineering teams to support productive data ingestion, transformation, validation, and lifecycle management within Adobe Experience Platform.
- Define architectural approaches that enable identity resolution, customer profile management, and audience activation capabilities where applicable.
- Review solution designs and implementation approaches to identify architectural risks, integration challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure enterprise data solutions align with security, governance, compliance, and organizational data management standards.
- Stay current with Adobe Experience Platform capabilities and evolving enterprise data architecture practices, recommending improvements that enhance platform adoption and business value.

Experience

8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, including hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Demonstrated experience designing scalable data architectures, defining XDM schemas, developing enterprise data models, and enabling integration between Adobe Experience Platform and enterprise systems is essential.

Experience with Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Identity Service, customer profile management, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), API-based integrations, and modern deployment practices will be considered highly desirable.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Preferred Certifications

- Adobe Experience Platform Architect Expert (preferred)
- Adobe Real-Time CDP certification (preferred)
- Cloud Solution Architect certification (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- TOGAF® or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification (preferred)
