Role Description

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Advertising Sales Executive to lead on-ground ticket sales and customer engagement at premium mall locations.

The role is centred around creating awareness, generating excitement, engaging directly with audiences, and converting conversations into ticket sales.



You will be the face of the event at the location and play a key role in driving its on-ground sales.r.

Qualifications

Drive direct ticket sales through mall-based promotional counters and activations.

Engage with mall visitors and introduce them to the event in an exciting and convincing manner.

Communicate the event's concept, artist lineup, experience, ticket categories, pricing, and ongoing offers.

Proactively approach potential customers and turn interactions into ticket conversions.

Work towards achieving daily and weekly ticket sales targets.

Create a strong buzz around the event through face-to-face audience engagement.

Identify high-potential customers and recommend the most suitable ticket options.

Maintain a professional, energetic, and approachable presence throughout the activation.

Coordinate with the marketing and event teams regarding offers, ticket inventory, creatives, and promotional campaigns.

Track daily sales, leads, customer interactions, and conversions.

Share regular sales updates and insights with the reporting manager.

Understand customer feedback and market response to improve the sales approach.
