Position Summary

We are seeking a Technical Consultant with expertise in Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) to design, configure, and implement audience management solutions that enable personalized customer experiences across digital channels. This role is responsible for translating business and marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions that support audience segmentation, identity resolution, profile activation, and enterprise data utilization.

Working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, data engineers, digital marketing teams, and implementation partners, the Technical Consultant will configure Adobe audience technologies, enable seamless integrations, and ensure customer data is effectively leveraged for activation, personalization, and analytics initiatives. Core Responsibilities

- Design and implement audience management solutions using Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP).
- Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable technical configurations that support audience segmentation, activation, and customer engagement.
- Configure audience definitions, identity resolution strategies, data sources, destinations, and activation workflows within Adobe audience technologies.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, and Solution Architects to enable seamless integration between Adobe Experience Platform, Audience Manager, enterprise applications, and marketing ecosystems.
- Support customer profile management and audience activation initiatives by implementing scalable data onboarding and identity management strategies.
- Design and validate audience qualification rules, segmentation logic, and activation workflows to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Configure integrations using APIs and supported connectors to enable secure and reliable movement of customer data across enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues,



identify root causes, and recommend sustainable technical solutions that improve platform performance and operational reliability.
- Ensure implementations align with data governance, privacy, security, and organizational compliance standards.
- Provide technical guidance during solution design, implementation, testing, and production deployment activities.
- Maintain solution documentation, configuration guides, integration specifications, and implementation best practices.
- Stay current with evolving Adobe audience technologies and recommend enhancements that improve customer data utilization and business value.

8+ years of experience implementing Adobe audience technologies with demonstrated expertise in Adobe Audience Manager (AAM), Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), and customer data activation solutions. Proven experience configuring audience segmentation, identity resolution, platform integrations, and activation workflows within enterprise digital ecosystems is essential.

Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, API-based integrations, data governance, privacy frameworks, and customer profile management will be considered an advantage.

Educational

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Digital Marketing Technology, or a related discipline.
