Role Snapshot
- Position: Admission Officer
- - Location: Kolkata/Hybrid
- - Division: Digital
- - Schedule: Rotational Weekly Off
- - Reports To: Team Lead – Field Sales
- What You’ll Do
- Proactively call leads assigned in Salesforce and maintain accurate, updated records of all interactions.
- - Achieve daily targets of at least 150 dialed calls and 40 connected calls to nurture leads and build relationships.
- - Book a minimum of 5 branch visits,
home demos, or Zoom demos.
- - Ensure at least 8 unique branch visits, house visits, or Zoom calls are conducted every week.
- - Consistently meet weekly objectives to fulfill monthly targets while adhering to company compliance policies.
- What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- - A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
