? Key Responsibilities
- Drive student admissions and enrollment as per the academic season and business requirements.
- Execute field marketing activities and generate quality leads through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong school connections and institutional relationships.
- Conduct school visits, counseling activities, seminars, promotional activities and other admission-focused initiatives.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, scholarships and admission processes.
- Achieve assigned admission, lead generation and business targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for student acquisition.
? What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience in admissions,
education sales, field marketing or a similar role.
✅ EdTech / Education industry experience preferred.
✅ Strong school and institutional connections in Bhubaneswar will be an advantage.
✅ Excellent communication, convincing and relationship-building skills.
✅ Self-driven, target-oriented and proactive approach.
✅ Robust growth mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✅ Willingness to travel locally for field activities and school outreach.
