Role Description: The Admission Counselor with Exposure to British education programmes is a full-time, in office role based in Rohini. The counselor will guide prospective students and families through the admission process, explaining program structures, eligibility, and academic pathways, with particular emphasis on British education programmes and progression routes. Daily responsibilities include handling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and applications.

The role involves coordinating campus visits, participating in outreach activities, supporting admission events, and collaborating with faculty and administration to provide clear, consistent information. The counselor is expected to meet admission targets ethically while ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all applicants.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to counsel diverse students and families effectively.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, address concerns professionally, and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to convert inquiries into admissions through ethical, informative, and goal-oriented interactions.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding,



preferably with exposure to or knowledge of British education programmes and international academic pathways.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in education, management, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Prior experience in admissions, student counseling, or education advising, preferably in higher education.
- Ability to work with targets, manage multiple inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation and follow-up records.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or admission management systems; comfort with email, phone, and online communication tools.
- Strong ethical orientation, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams.
