Position: Admission HeadKey Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective admission strategies to achieve student enrollment targets.
- Lead and manage the admission team for UG and PG programmes.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other stakeholders for student outreach.
- Plan and execute admission campaigns, counseling sessions, seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities.
- Monitor admission enquiries, conversions, and reporting through ERP/CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with university and regulatory admission norms.




- Prepare periodic admission reports and present progress to the management.
- Essential Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Management, Computer Application, Commerce, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in admissions, student recruitment, marketing, or institutional outreach in a reputed educational institution.
- Candidates with experience in GGSIP University affiliated institutions will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM systems, and digital admission processes.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
