We are looking for an experienced, confident, and result-oriented Admission In-Charge to join our team.

? Position: Admission In-Charge

? Experience: 2–5 years preferred

? Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete student admission and enquiry process.
- Handle parent/student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital channels.
- Counsel parents and students regarding courses, curriculum, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate admission records and documentation.
- Coordinate with academic and administration teams for smooth admissions.
- Achieve admission and enrolment targets.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.




- Ensure a positive experience for parents and students throughout the admission process.

Candidate Profile

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong counselling and convincing abilities

✅ Good knowledge of admission processes

✅ Target-oriented and proactive approach

✅ Valuable command of MS Office and basic reporting

✅ Prior experience in a school/education institution will be an advantage.
