MAI Institute of Hotel Management (MAI IHM), Sawantwadi, affiliated with the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT), invites applications from passionate and result-oriented professionals for the position of Admissions Executive.

Location: Sawantwadi, Maharashtra (Extensive Field Travel Required)

Role Overview The selected candidate will play a key role in driving student admissions by promoting the institute's academic programmes, building strong relationships with educational institutions, conducting career counselling sessions, and converting prospective students into successful enrolments across Maharashtra and Goa.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute admission outreach initiatives through school and college visits, seminars, and education fairs.
- Counsel students and parents on academic programmes, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational partners.
- Generate, nurture, and convert admission enquiries through both field and digital channels.




- Achieve admission targets while maintaining a high standard of candidate engagement and institutional representation.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Admissions, Educational Marketing, Student Counselling, Business Development, or Sales & Marketing.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills, a learning mindset, and willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills are essential.
