Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our admissions team.

In this role, you will be the direct link between prospective students/fresh graduates and our company’s hands-on Industrial Training Programs.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective leads, understand their career aspirations and skill gaps, educate them on our technical training tracks, and successfully convert leads into enrolled trainees.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Student Counseling

- Interact directly with inbound and outbound leads (engineering, IT students/graduates) via phone calls, emails, and live chats.
- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions to understand students’ skill levels academic background, and professional goals.
- Explain the features, curriculum, hands-on project exposure, certifications, and placement assistance offered by our industrial training programs.

1. Conversion & Revenue Generation

- Drive student enrollments to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission.
- Guide prospects through the registration and fee payment process.
- Build trust and overcome student/parent objections regarding training fees,



technology stacks, or career outcomes.

1. Lead Management & Follow-ups

- Manage, track, and update lead status systematically.
- Perform consistent and structured follow-ups with pipeline leads to ensure minimal drop-offs.
- Re-engage cold or inactive leads through targeted messaging and campaign offers.

1. Product Knowledge & Industry Awareness

- Stay up-to-date with our training modules (e.g., Full Stack Web Development, Data Science, Cloud/DevOps, Embedded Systems, CAD/CAM, or Software Testing).
- Understand current hiring market trends to effectively articulate the career benefits of practical industrial exposure vs. traditional college curriculum.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / B.Sc / BBA preferred).
- Experience: 06 Months to 1 year of experience in counseling, tele-calling
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening capabilities.
- Sales Orientation: Proven track record of hitting target numbers and managing lead-to-enrollment conversion funnels.
- Interpersonal Skills: High empathy, confidence, and robust persuasion skills to build rapport quickly with young learners.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
