Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counselor to manage and support the student admission process. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective parents and students, providing complete information about the school, conducting admission counseling, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries from prospective parents through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Counsel parents and students regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, academic programs, and admission process.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Assist parents with application forms, required documents, fee details, and other admission formalities.
- Coordinate with the school administration, academic team, and accounts department for smooth admission processing.
- Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing parents.
- Respond professionally to parent queries and provide timely support.




- Prepare admission reports and maintain data in Excel, CRM, or other systems.
- Participate in admission events, school promotional activities, open houses, and counseling sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Proven experience as an Admission Counselor, Education Counselor, Telecaller, Sales Executive, or Customer Relationship Executive is preferred.
- Experience in a school or educational institution will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good follow-up and lead conversion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and achieve admission targets.
- Professional, presentable, and customer-focused personality.

Experience
- 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
