Role Description The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, Dehradun and Noida. The role involves guiding prospective learners through the admission lifecycle, including responding to inquiries, explaining programs and curricula, and clarifying eligibility, fees, and placement opportunities.

The Admission

Counsellor will follow up with leads, conduct counselling sessions via phone and in person, and support applicants in completing their application and enrollment processes. The position includes collaborating with sales and marketing teams to meet admission targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems,



and providing a high-quality, qualified experience to every prospective learner. The role also requires staying updated on program offerings and industry trends to provide informed guidance and build long-term relationships with learners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries and support prospective learners.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, meet admission targets, and handle follow-ups effectively.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Education programs and learner needs to provide accurate counselling.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in business, education, or communications.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, manage data, and follow structured processes.
- Comfort in conducting phone and in-person counselling sessions, with a learner-centric approach.
- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or inside sales in education or edtech is an advantage.
