GradRoute Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our growing team.

Location: Noida, Sector 3

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in UG/PG Online Degree Admissions

Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA (Negotiable as per last drawn salary & experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

GradRoute Pvt. Ltd. is an education consulting company helping students make the right academic and career decisions. We specialize in UG & PG programs, including Online Degree Programs, and provide complete guidance throughout the admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding UG, PG & Online Degree programs.
- Handle and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand students' academic and career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, university options, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead and student information in CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide a smooth admission experience.




- Support junior counselors and contribute to team targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in UG/PG Online Degree Admissions.
- Experience in Education Sales, EdTech, Higher Education, or Admission Counseling is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Knowledge of CRM and lead management.
- Candidates with a proven admission conversion record will be preferred.
