Job Title: Admission Counsellor*

Location: AAFT University, Math Kharora, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Job Type: Full-Time

### About the Role

AAFT University is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our Admissions Team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to guide prospective students and parents throughout the admission process.

### Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding the University's academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structure.

Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

Follow up with prospective students to achieve admission targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions in the CRM.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth admission process.

Participate in admission drives, education fairs, seminars, and promotional events as required.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students,



parents, and other stakeholders.

### Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree will be an added advantage).

1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or customer relationship management. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

### Preferred Candidate

- Candidate should be currently residing in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
- Willing to commute to AAFT University, Math Kharora on a daily basis.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
