Job Summary:

You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance.

Areas of Work:UKG Business Analyst/Functional Consultant

Roles Responsibilities: As part of these, you will drive the following

- Assist in UKG solution delivery and configuration for workforce management solutions (UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, etc.).
- Support detailed UKG configuration:Learn and apply customization techniques within the UKG architecture landscape.
- Collaborate with senior team members and clients:Participate in design sessions, requirement gathering, and solution implementation activities.
- Perform hands-on delivery of UKG Dimensions features such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Analytics, and Payroll under supervision.
- Contribute to project delivery workstreams across phases, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Assist in UKG Implementation and Enhancements:Across the lifecycle with multiple geographies, acting as a workforce management solution support analyst.
- Learn and apply best practices based on UKG standards.
- Participate in practice-specific initiatives including creating reusable assets, performing analysis on industry research, and bringing in innovative solutions.

Professional Technical Skills:

- Basic understanding of UKG Dimensions, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Payroll, Analytics, and Workforce Management.
- Ability to learn and apply business analysis skills:Focus on process analysis and designing/redesigning workforce management processes.
- Hands-on experience or training in UKG Dimensions,



UKG Pro, or UKG Analytics Knowledge of UKG Ready is good to have.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders across multiple geographic areas.
- Ability to work in high-paced and complex projects under supervision.
- UKG certification or training in one or more focused solution areasUKG Dimensions, UKG Pro, UKG Analytics, etc.is preferred but not mandatory.
