: We are looking for an experienced Specialist – Finance & Accounts to oversee financial accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, taxation, and fund management. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with accounting standards, drive financial controls, support business planning, and contribute to continuous process improvements while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping,



vendor invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, tax, audit, and corporate finance requirements.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, profitability analysis, and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, fixed capital, and fund management activities.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other applicable statutory regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Monitor vendor payments, receivables, collections, and reconciliation activities.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective financial controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to organizational quality standards, compliance frameworks, and internal policies.
- Mentor and guide team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 6+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong experience in Bookkeeping, Vendor Invoice Processing, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP for accounting and financial operations.
- Positive understanding of financial accounting principles, statutory compliance, taxation, and audit processes.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, accounting standards, and financial controls.
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as CMM, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the IT/Software Services industry will be preferred.
