Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting activities of our spinning mill. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring costs, managing statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries, and general ledger.

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely completion of monthly and annual closing activities.

- Monitor raw material, stores, production, and finished-goods accounting.

- Track and analyze spinning mill production costs, including cotton/raw material, power, labour, stores, and other manufacturing expenses.

- Prepare cost sheets, MIS reports, profitability statements, and variance analysis.

- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, including customer collections and supplier payments.

- Manage bank reconciliation, cash flow, fund requirements, and banking transactions.

- Ensure proper accounting of stock and inventory, including physical stock verification and reconciliation.

- Coordinate with purchase, stores, production, sales, HR, and management teams for accounting-related matters.

- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, income tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and statutory authorities when required.





- Support internal and statutory audits and provide required schedules and documentation.

- Monitor internal controls and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes.

- Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of proper supporting documents.

- Perform any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by management.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Experience in textile/spinning mill accounting preferred.

- Good understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing costing.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.

- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Solid communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage a team and work independently.

- Good understanding of inventory and production accounting.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.

- Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance;

experience in a spinning mill/textile manufacturing company is preferred.

- Experience in handling costing, MIS, inventory, GST, statutory compliance, and audits will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
