Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with prior experience in a Super Speciality Hospital to oversee the hospital s financial operations, statutory compliance, revenue monitoring, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations

Monitor hospital revenue cycle including billing, TPA/insurance receivables, and collections

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements

Coordinate with auditors (internal external) and ensure timely audit completion

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning

Supervise accounts team and allocate responsibilities

Ensure proper accounting of pharmacy, consumables, and departmental revenues

Review vendor payments and manage hospital procurement financial controls





Prepare MIS reports for management review

Education

B.Com / M.Com

CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

Experience

Minimum 5 8 years of accounting experience

At least 3 years in a Super Speciality Hospital mandatory

Experience in hospital billing, TPA handling, and healthcare financial systems preferred

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of hospital accounting and revenue cycle management

Proficiency in Tally / ERP / Hospital Information System (HIS)

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Experience in handling TPA and insurance reconciliation

Strong analytical and leadership skills

Excellent communication and reporting abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience working in NABH-accredited hospital

Strong understanding of healthcare financial controls

Ability to manage audits and statutory inspections independently
