Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Head to lead the complete finance and accounting function of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, accounting operations, taxation, compliance, reporting, audits, cash flow management, and team supervision.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the complete Accounts & Finance department.
- Supervise daily accounting activities, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely completion of GST returns, TDS returns, reconciliations, and statutory filings.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, outstanding payments, and collections.
- Manage and monitor cash flow,



working capital, and fund requirements.
- Conduct bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Review financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and accounting controls.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for management decision-making.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate internal controls and processes.
- Handle year-end closing and statutory/internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable laws.
- Analyze business expenses and identify opportunities for cost control and optimization.
- Guide, train, and monitor the performance of the accounts team.
- Provide regular financial updates and reports to senior management.
- Support management in financial planning, business analysis, and strategic decisions

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per hour
