Were Hiring | Accounts Executive
Location: KOLKATA
Experience: 1-2 years
We are looking for a passionate Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP, Zoho CRM, and advanced Excel, along with knowledge of PF, ESIC, GST & TDS compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day accounting, AP/AR & bank reconciliation
Invoices, vendor payments & petty cash management
Support payroll processing with PF & ESIC deductions
Prepare MIS reports using Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas)
Assist in GST, TDS & statutory filings
What Were Looking For:
B.Com graduate (or equivalent)
1–2 years of experience in accounting
Robust skills in Tally ERP, Zoho CRM & Excel
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, GST & TDS
