Job Summary

We are looking for a capable Accounts Assistant to join our Chartered Accountant office. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting activities, GST compliance, Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, documentation, and maintenance of financial records.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime, MS Excel, MS Word, GST filing, and ITR filing.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions using Tally/Tally Prime.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and other accounting transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and other financial documents.
- GST return preparation and filing, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.




- GST reconciliation and verification of purchase and sales data.
- Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing for individuals, firms, and other clients.
- Collect and verify financial documents required for GST and ITR filing.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare accounting statements and reports using MS Excel.
- Prepare and maintain letters, reports, statements, and other documents using MS Word.
- Coordinate with clients to collect invoices, bills, bank statements, Form 16, investment details, and other required documents. Follow up with clients for pending documents and information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
