Qualification

- Any UG Degree
- Candidates with a relevant qualification in Commerce or Accounting will be preferred.

Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable / Finance & Accounts.

Required Skills
- Good hands-on experience in Accounts Payable processes.
- Strong knowledge of invoice processing and verification.
- Experience in vendor invoice booking and payment processing.
- Good understanding of vendor reconciliation and outstanding management.
- Ability to verify invoices against supporting documents and purchase-related records.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable activities.




- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and on time.
- Perform vendor account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for invoice-related queries.
- Assist in preparing accounts payable reports and outstanding statements.
- Ensure timely processing of payments as per company procedures.
- Support the Finance & Accounts team in month-end closing activities.
