Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Intern to support our day-to-day financial and operational activities.

This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want to gain practical exposure to accounts, bookkeeping, billing, documentation, data management, and business operations.

The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, take ownership of assigned tasks, and work closely with the team.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts

- Assist with daily bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records
- Support invoice generation and billing activities
- Assist with payment tracking and follow-ups
- Maintain expense records and petty cash entries
- Support account reconciliation and basic financial reporting
- Assist with tax, compliance, and accounts-related documentation
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Perform data entry and organize financial information

Operations
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities
- Maintain and organize company records and documents




- Assist with data management using Excel and Google Sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements
- Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
- Support documentation and reporting activities
- Assist the team with other operational requirements as needed

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Freshers and students with internship experience can apply
- Basic understanding of accounting and business operations
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Good understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial records
- Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and work independently

Internship Details Role: Accounts & Operations Intern

Employment Type: Internship

Stipend: ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per month

Work Location: Hybrid – Mapusa, Goa

Work Mode: Hybrid Remote
