Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, taxation, project accounting, cash flow management, audits, statutory compliance, and supervising the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including General Ledger, AP, AR, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, bank reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Handle GST, TDS, tax reconciliation, return filing, and statutory compliances.
- Manage project accounting, project cost tracking, budgeting, and expense monitoring for real estate projects.
- Monitor cash flow, cash forecasting, banking transactions, fund requirements, and treasury activities.
- Oversee payroll accounting, utility payments, bank deposits, and other financial transactions.
- Maintain accounting records related to property transactions, agreements, project expenses, and fixed assets.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and audits.




- Analyze revenue and expenditure variances and provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Establish and maintain effective accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial systems.
- Supervise the accounts team and ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- 510 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Tally (latest version), MS Excel, and accounting/ERP software.
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Project Accounting will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise an accounting team.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work within deadlines.
