We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping, along with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain proper records of expenses and business transactions.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors when required.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
- Verify financial documents and ensure accuracy of accounting entries.
- Maintain organized records for audits and tax filings.




- Support management with accounting-related reports and financial information.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as an Accountant preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally / Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
