Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our team in Turbhe. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and Advanced Excel and be comfortable handling day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities.
- Maintain and update accounting records in Tally.
- Handle GST-related work, documentation, and basic compliance activities.
- Handle TDS-related work and maintain necessary records.
- Prepare and maintain accounting reports and statements.
- Perform data entry, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare reports and perform calculations using Advanced Excel.




- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, vouchers, and financial records.
- Assist the senior accounts team with regular accounting and compliance activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Tally.
- Practical knowledge of GST.
- Working knowledge of TDS.
- Valuable knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts.
- Male and Female candidates can apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work from office in Turbhe.
