Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the real-estate industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, GST compliance, taxation, and statutory filings, along with good attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and other accounting documents.
- Manage GST-related activities, including GST calculations, returns, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Handle TDS and other tax-related filings and compliance.
- Assist with income-tax-related documentation and filings.
- Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports.
- Reconcile GST, bank, vendor, and customer accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities when required.




- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory filings and payments.
- Support management with accounting reports and financial information.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as required.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real-estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory filings.
- Good understanding of general accounting principles.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally / ERP.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Robust analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred

- Prior experience with real-estate/project accounting.
- Knowledge of real-estate transactions, vendor payments, customer receipts, and project-related expenses.
- Experience coordinating with auditors and tax consultants.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
