We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Zoho Books to manage end-to-end accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable, reconciliations, taxation workings, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare GST & TDS workings and support filings
- Generate MIS reports and financial statements
- Track invoices, payments, and collections
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting
- 25 years of accounting experience
- Mandatory experience in Zoho Books
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

- Experience in startup
- CA Inter / CMA qualification is an added advantage
