Role Description The Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bareilly at our Industrial Estate Bhojipura facility. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing invoices, and ensuring timely payments and collections.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, monitoring cash flow, and assisting with budgeting and cost analysis. The role involves handling GST and other statutory compliances, coordinating with auditors, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.



The Accountant will collaborate with operations and management teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making and business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable handling, and bank reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess financial reporting and analysis skills, such as preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow monitoring.
- Candidates should possess tax and compliance skills, including working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory regulations in India.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data analysis tools.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate records, support audits, and ensure adherence to internal controls.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant qualified certifications or experience in manufacturing or FMCG sectors will be an advantage.
