About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting for Care Cubs.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and ledger entries.
- Manage Tally/Accounting Software, bank reconciliation, vendor/customer ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other applicable statutory compliances, including timely documentation and coordination for filings.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and related records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, expense statements, P&L;, and other reports required by management.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors, CA and statutory authorities and ensure proper maintenance of financial documents.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables,



verify invoices and expenses, and ensure timely settlements.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records and support internal and statutory audits.

Eligibility & Skills
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, ownership, and confidentiality.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience in an EdTech, education, startup, or service-based organization will be an advantage.
