Position- Accountant

Experience- 3+yrs

Role Summary

Handle day-to-day accounting, billing, and financial reporting for the hotel to ensure accurate records and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts & Billing: Manage guest billing, city ledger, travel agent/OTA accounts, and banquet invoices. Verify night audit reports daily.
2. Receivables & Payables: Track payments from guests, corporates, and OTAs. Process vendor bills and staff reimbursements on time.
3. GST & Compliance: Prepare GST returns, TDS entries, and ensure timely statutory payments. Maintain records for audits.
4. Bank & Cash: Handle daily cash/credit card reconciliation, bank deposits, and petty cash. Monitor float with front office.
5. MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily revenue reports, occupancy reports,



and month-end P&L; statements. Assist in budgeting.
6. Coordination: Work with front office, F&B;, and purchase teams for billing approvals and cost control.
