Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing periodic financial statements.

Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank and account reconciliations, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations, assisting with budgeting and forecasting,



and providing accurate financial data for management reports. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintain organized documentation, and participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial control.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Attention to detail, robust numerical aptitude, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are a plus.
- Experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and the ability to manage confidential financial information responsibly.
