We are looking for a Receivables & Collections Executive / Manager to take ownership of outstanding payments, collections, and party-wise receivables management.

Key Responsibilities

1-Maintain updated party-wise records of outstanding and overdue payments

2-Regularly follow up with customers/parties through calls, WhatsApp & email

3-Track promised payment dates and ensure timely collections

4-Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams regarding pending payments

5-Monitor collections against outstanding amounts and identify gaps

6-Escalate delayed or difficult collections to management

7-Share regular updates on outstanding, collections received, pending amounts and expected collections

8-Coordinate with Accounts for invoices, discrepancies and payment confirmations

9-Maintain proper records of all follow-ups and payment commitments





10-Work closely with Sales & Accounts to improve overall collection efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

1- 2+ years of experience in Collections / Receivables / Credit Control / Debtors Management / Accounts Receivable

2- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel

3- Good command of English & Hindi

4- Confident communication and payment follow-up skills

5- Strong coordination and numerical ability

6- Persistent, responsible and target-oriented approach

7- Graduate preferred

8- Looking for a stable, long-term chance

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Publishing, Education, Distribution, FMCG, Wholesale, or businesses involving customer/dealer credit and collections.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
