We are a newly established and fast-growing company in the UAE, commencing operations next month. We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to build and lead our finance function from the ground up.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who has successfully worked in a startup environment and can establish accounting processes, controls, and reporting systems from scratch.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)

Key Requirements

✅ Minimum 7–10 years of accounting and finance experience

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in a Manager-level position

✅ Strong UAE accounting experience with knowledge of:

- UAE VAT regulations
- Corporate Tax compliance
- Financial reporting standards
- Internal controls and audit requirements

✅ Prior experience working in a startup or newly established business ✅ Experience in implementing and managing accounting/ERP systems

✅ Skilled qualification preferred:

- CA
- ACCA
- CPA
- CMA
- Inter-CA

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage the complete accounting function




- Design and implement accounting policies and SOPs
- Lead ERP/accounting software selection and implementation
- Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making
