Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kasaragod, responsible for managing and growing relationships with new and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding client needs, coordinating service delivery with internal teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. The role involves preparing proposals, quotes, and service agreements, tracking account performance, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.

The Account

Manager will handle inquiries, resolve issues, maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking systems, and collaborate with operations and finance teams to support billing and collections.



This position requires regular on-site meetings with clients, participation in team meetings, and contribution to continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder communication.

- Experience in sales, account growth, or business development within service-based or construction-related industries is beneficial.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with robust organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency with CRM or account management software, along with basic skills in MS Office or similar productivity tools.

- Understanding of electrical or plumbing services, or willingness to quickly learn industry terminology and standards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client issues and support decision-making.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Ability to work on-site in Kasaragod, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a professional, inclusive approach with all clients and colleagues.
