Role & responsibilities
Role: Group Finance & Accounts Manager
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: CFO / Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and consolidate accounts of all branches/entities.
- Supervise and guide the Accounts team across locations.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, etc.
- Prepare and review Group-level P&L;, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.
- Monitor reconciliations, financial closures, and accounting accuracy.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and external agencies.
- Ensure proper accounting controls and compliance with applicable laws.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
