Position: Accounts Manager

Location: Plot No. 801/20, 789/4 & 789/4(GS), GIDC III Phase, Vapi, Dist. Valsad, Gujarat.

Educational Qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred).

Work Experience: 8-12 Years

Preferred Industry: Chemical Manufacturing / Oil Processing Industry

Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to handle overall accounting operations including billing, GST compliance, taxation, audit support, vendor payments, receivables, banking, and responsible inventory and store functions. The candidate should ensure accurate financial records, statutory compliance, and smooth financial processes.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain books of accounts.
- Handle billing, invoicing, debit/credit notes, and customer account reconciliation.
- Ensure timely GST filings, returns, input credit reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Manage taxation matters including TDS, advance tax,



and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and support internal/external audits and maintain audit documentation.
- Monitor vendor payments, prepare payment schedules, and ensure timely processing.
- Track accounts receivable, follow up for collections, and maintain aging reports.
- Handle banking activities including bank reconciliation, fund planning, and transaction monitoring.
- Responsible for store/inventory team for stock valuation, reconciliation, and financial recording of inventory.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS statements, and assist management in financial planning.

Requirements :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred).
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
- Robust knowledge of GST, taxation, audit, and accounting standards.
- Experience with ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
