Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive to support our villa booking operations by managing account records, maintaining booking history, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

- Manage customer and partner account entries accurately in the system.

- Maintain and update booking records, account history, and related documentation.

- Verify booking details and ensure all information is complete and accurate.

- Coordinate with the Reservations, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service departments to ensure smooth booking processes.

- Follow up with internal teams regarding booking status, payment updates, and operational requirements.

- Prepare reports and maintain organized records for management review.

- Assist in resolving account-related issues by coordinating with the relevant departments.

- Ensure all account information is kept confidential and updated at all times.





- Support administrative tasks related to villa bookings and account management.

- Assist the Finance team with basic accounting documentation and ensure compliance with applicable tax requirements, including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Requirements

- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

- Basic understanding of TDS, GST, invoicing, and financial documentation.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Team player with a positive attitude.
