Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jagatsinghapur, responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining relationships, and supporting the commercial activities of the business. Day-to-day tasks include tracking project-related billing and collections, preparing invoices, maintaining accurate financial and client records,



and coordinating with project and finance teams to ensure timely payments.

The role involves preparing reports, supporting contract documentation, following up with clients on queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The Account

Executive will also assist in basic financial analysis, support internal audits, and contribute to process improvements to enhance account management efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in account management, client relationship handling, and customer service.
- Proficiency in billing, invoicing, record-keeping, and basic financial analysis.
- Comfort with MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
- Solid communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant experience in construction, engineering, or MEP contracting is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jagatsinghapur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adhere to timelines and compliance requirements.
