Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Udupi Taluka.

The Account

Executive will manage and grow customer accounts, handle order inquiries, and coordinate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

Responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting regional sales activities. The role involves preparing basic sales reports, tracking account performance, and collaborating with operations and finance to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Executive will also help address customer issues, support relationship-building initiatives,



and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid customer relationship and account management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and follow up promptly.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and negotiation skills, including comfort discussing pricing, terms, and order volumes.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English and local language proficiency preferred.
- Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills, including attention to detail, record-keeping, and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and email) to prepare reports and maintain account data.
- Prior experience in sales, account management, or customer service, ideally in agriculture, food processing, or FMCG, is beneficial.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Udupi Taluka, travel locally as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
