Kagidham – The Sustainable Packaging Company is building a modern sustainable packaging company that helps brands source, customize, and manage packaging through a trusted network of manufacturing partners across India.

We’re looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive who can take ownership of our day-to-day finance function and help us build strong financial systems as we grow.

This role also includes chit fund accounting, so relevant experience is an added advantage.

What You’ll Do

? Accounts & Finance

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Handle sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and bank reconciliation.
- Manage customer invoicing, receivables, collections, and ageing.
- Manage supplier invoices, payables, advances, and reconciliations.
- Track cash flow and upcoming financial commitments.
- Prepare monthly P&L;, MIS, cash-flow, and financial reports.

? Costing & Profitability

- Maintain product and order-wise costing.
- Track manufacturing, printing, logistics, and other costs.
- Calculate gross margins and profitability.
- Support pricing decisions with accurate financial data.

? GST & Compliance

- Prepare GST working files and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Track Input Tax Credit and other applicable requirements.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain audit-ready financial documentation.

? Chit Fund Accounting

- Maintain member-wise accounts and transaction records.
- Record collections, subscriptions, payments, adjustments, and advances.
- Reconcile member ledgers with bank and collection records.
- Maintain auction / payout-related records where applicable.
- Prepare periodic reports and coordinate with the CA / auditor.

Requirement s

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or related qualification

.* 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience

.* Strong accounting fundamentals

.* Good knowledge of GST

.* Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

.* Experience with Tally Prime or Zoho Books

.

Chit fund accounting experience is an added advantage
