Job Overview

Full Power Media Private Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, financial record maintenance, statutory compliance, and coordination related to finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accurate financial records.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and billing using Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar accounting software.
- Handle GST and TDS calculations, filings, and related compliance activities.
- Process monthly salary/payroll and maintain payroll records.
- Handle banking activities, including bank reconciliations, transfers, and follow-ups.
- Maintain financial data in MS Excel and prepare basic MIS reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and account-related queries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support audits by maintaining required financial records and documentation.




- Ensure accounting entries and financial records are accurate and up to date.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with GST and TDS compliance.
- Experience with accounting and billing software such as Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar tools.
- Experience in salary processing and payroll activities.
- Positive understanding of banking operations and bank reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and basic reports.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounts or finance.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
