The candidate should possess solid strategic thinking, leadership skills, and agency experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage key client accounts and serve as the strategic advisor.
- Understand client objectives and develop effective marketing solutions.
- Lead campaign planning and execution across branding, digital, social media, and BTL activities.
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, and production teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope,



and within budget.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, estimates, and campaign reports.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling services.
- Mentor and guide junior account executives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Mass Communication.
- 4–7 years of experience in an advertising or integrated marketing agency.
