The school provides expert instruction in guitar, piano, drums, western vocals, and ukulele, supported by a standardized curriculum from beginner to advanced levels. SOS specializes in graded certification preparation for Trinity College London, Rock School of Music London, and Trinity College of Music London, integrating performance, composition, improvisation, and music theory.

With a growing community of over 120+ active learners, SOS supports school students and working professionals in achieving exam success, composing original music, and performing confidently on stage. Faculty members bring strong academic and professional backgrounds, ensuring high-quality, personalized music education.

Role Description The Academy Coordinator (Music School) is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of SOS Music School. This role includes managing class schedules, coordinating faculty timetables, and ensuring timely communication with learners and parents regarding sessions, exams, and events. The coordinator will oversee student onboarding, maintain accurate records of enrollment, attendance, and progress, and support exam registrations for Trinity, Rock School, and other certification bodies.

Daily tasks also involve organizing recitals, jam sessions, and concerts, handling basic administrative tasks,



and collaborating with the academic team to ensure classes run according to curriculum standards. The role requires a proactive presence at the academy to address operational needs, support the learning environment, and provide excellent service to the SOS community.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Music Education and a strong foundation in Music to effectively support a structured learning environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Music Production to coordinate studio sessions, recordings, or performance-related technical setups.
- Candidates should possess skills in Music Supervision and Music Licensing to assist with repertoire selection, performance permissions, and compliance for events or recordings.
- Candidates should have strong organizational, scheduling, and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple classes and activities.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with learners, parents, and faculty in a professional, inclusive manner.
- Candidates should be comfortable with basic digital tools (spreadsheets, scheduling software, communication platforms) to manage records and coordination tasks.
- A background in music, arts administration, or education, and prior experience in a music school or training institute workplace will be beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Gurugram and support occasional evening or weekend events as needed.

Salary Range - 25000-35000 (including incentives)
