Role Description The Academic Trainer–Science will deliver training sessions and workshops to science teachers and school staff on the effective use of Next Education’s academic and digital products. This full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves planning and conducting demonstrations, onboarding new schools, and supporting educators in implementing science curriculum and pedagogy aligned with Next Education’s solutions. The role includes creating and updating training materials, gathering feedback from schools,



and collaborating with product and content teams to improve training effectiveness.

The Academic

Trainer–Science will also conduct classroom observations, provide academic support and guidance, and assist in aligning training outcomes with school-level academic goals.

Qualifications

- Strong subject expertise in school-level Science, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and connect them to curriculum requirements.
- Experience in teacher training, classroom facilitation, or academic coordination, preferably in K–12 schools or edtech organizations.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools, learning platforms, and multimedia content for classroom instruction and training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse educator and school stakeholder groups.
- Ability to plan and organize training schedules, manage multiple school engagements, and document training outcomes effectively.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site, school-facing role in Hyderabad, with willingness to travel to partner schools as needed.
- Prior experience with CBSE, ICSE, or state board curricula and familiarity with contemporary pedagogical and assessment practices is beneficial.
