Role Description This is a full-time, in office Technical Trainer – Computer Science role based in Ranchi.

The Technical

Trainer will design and deliver training programs on computer science concepts, tools, and Next Education’s technology solutions for K–12 educators and school staff.

Responsibilities include conducting classroom and lab-based sessions, creating training materials and demonstrations, and adapting content to different skill levels. The role involves assessing participant learning,



providing constructive feedback, and maintaining training records and reports.

The Technical

Trainer will collaborate with academic, product, and support teams to keep training content current, gather field insights, and help improve the overall educator experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Training and experience working as Technical Trainers.
- Candidates should possess strong Training & Development capabilities, including program design and delivery.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Training skills for engaging diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in training or education are an advantage.
- Experience training teachers or learners in K–12 or edtech environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, accessible language and adjust methods based on learner feedback.
- Proficiency with common educational technologies, learning management systems, and basic programming or computer science tools.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in documentation and reporting, and willingness to travel to nearby partner schools if required.
