Key Responsibilities 1. OPD Patient Counseling & Conversion • Meet assigned OPD patients and attendants.

• Explain treatment process and doctor recommendations.

• Handle objections related to cost, fear, and delays.

• Convert eligible OPD patients into admissions, procedures, surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation, or other services. 2.

Financial

Counseling • Explain treatment estimates and payment options.

• Guide patients regarding insurance, TPA, Ayushman, CGHS, ECHS, etc.

• Coordinate with billing and finance teams. 3.

Admission

Coordination • Complete admission formalities.

• Coordinate with reception, nursing, doctors, billing, pharmacy, and operations teams.

• Ensure smooth bed allocation and onboarding.

IPD Payment Collection • Monitor billing status daily.

• Collect advances and interim payments.

• Ensure dues are cleared before discharge. 5.

Patient Relationship

Management • Resolve patient concerns.

• Maintain high patient satisfaction.

6. Documentation & Reporting • Update HMS/CRM.

• Maintain admission, conversion, and collection trackers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
