We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team at Trading Tatva Academy. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their requirements, and helping them choose the right courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and prospective learners about available courses and programs.

Handle inbound and outbound calls with leads and follow up regularly.

Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable courses.

Convert leads into admissions by effectively communicating course advantages.

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.





Build a positive relationship with students and provide proper guidance throughout the admission process.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience in academic counselling, telecalling, sales, or a similar role.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month, depending on experience and interview performance.
